Located just on the perimeter of Terra Nova National Park, Well's Watch provided us with the perfect jumping off point for hiking, biking, sight seeing or beach activities. The weather was great which made it even more enjoyable. Would definitely return in the future!

The Wells' Watch was everything it promised - cozy, beautiful and the perfect weekend getaway. The owners are friendly and accommodating, and the chalet was amazing. We will be back for sure (02/17)
A beautiful chalet and quiet surroundings. Nicely furnished with all the amenities of home. Very well kept. You can see the ocean below, and walk the beach when the tide is out. We had a great stay! (2017)
"A H i d d e n G e m / O a s i s N e s t l e d I n T h e W o o d s
We went back to Wells Watch for the second year for the last weekend in June. The chalet is absolutely beautiful, it's quiet, peaceful. Our teen son and his friend fished, played catch, chopped wood, and played cards. We bbq'd as a family and spend some quality time together away from reality. We've decided to makeWells Watch a yearly vacation spot it's so serene, peaceful and enjoyable"
"Absolutely in love with this place! It's perfect! Its raining which just adds to the charm! Thank you thank you thank you for sharing this treasure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Well's Watch Chalet in Glovertown. It's a beautifully built log home, in a gorgeous setting, surrounded by tall birch trees overlooking the water. It's very private, even though you have neighbors nearby, you feel you have full privacy. The home is tastefully and comfortably equipped. The surrounding area is stunningly beautiful. We enjoyed golfing in Terra Nova National Park and hiking and picnicking in the old fishing village of Salvage. We would recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would like to return another time.

Many public salmon pools, located on both sides of the river, are within walking distance of Wells' Watch. You might want to visit a popular spot called 'The Rattle', by the Old Mill on Angle Brook Rd. Fish for trout right off Wells' Point at the bottom of our property to the left. Please note, if you are not a Newfoundland resident and are fishing anywhere other than off our property, you may need a guide.
Fishing season begins in May and runs until the end of September.
